+ Feasibility study: Analysis of legal, technical and economic constraints;

Design

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We offer skills in the following areas:

+ BIM (Building Information Modeling): we create detailed 3D models that contain technical information about the construction elements, materials, systems and components applied in the project;
+ Project management: Planning, coordination and supervision of all project phases, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and technical requirements;
+ Multidisciplinary compatibility: Integration and coordination of BIM models from different disciplines (architecture, structure, installations) to avoid conflicts and ensure compatibility;
+ Remote collaboration: Teamwork and collaboration with other professionals, in an agile and dynamic way.

3D IMAGE

We elaborate:

+ Three-dimensional modeling: using the BIM methodology;
+ Simulation and visualization: creation of various 3D scenarios and 360º views, to facilitate the options and materiality of the project;
+ Interior and exterior rendering: 3D digital production of quality images, with the aim of enhancing ideas and enriching projects;
+ Animations: making explanatory and diagrammatic videos and animations

+ PATH AND IDENTITY

C+ARCH is a group of talented and committed architects led by Célia Fulcher. An architect and urban planner with a degree from the Faculty of Architecture at UniRitter (Brazil) and a Master's degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture at UTL (Lisbon), she completed her management training at the London Business School (LAP) and Harvard Business School (PLD). With over 30 years' experience in the real estate sector, he has held management positions at Sonae Sierra, working in several European countries.

C+ARCH combines experience and strategic vision to offer expert advice on asset management, the creation of investment funds and the valuation of real estate assets. We work closely with investors, financial institutions, regulators and business partners, developing innovative and efficient solutions.

Our approach combines creativity, functionality and sustainability, ensuring excellent architectural projects and effective management. More than designing spaces, we create value and identity in each development, reflecting the signature C+ARCH.
